Returns & Exchange
Refund & Exchange Policy:
We take pride in crafting every product at MASU with care and love. However, if you ever need to explore our refund policy, here are the details:
Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Each order is allowed only one return or exchange. Items that have already been exchanged cannot be further returned or exchanged.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please email us at masuliving@gmail.com immediately with 'ORDER CANCELLATION' in the subject line along with your order number. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and provide a full refund within 7 working days. You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Address Change/Undelivered Orders Due to Wrong Address:
- Please double-check your address and phone number before placing an order.
- Changes to order details cannot be made once the order is shipped.
- Orders with incorrect shipping information will be returned to us by the courier.
- Upon return, a flat fee of Rs.150 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- For Express Orders with incorrect shipping details, the shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.
Returns: You can return products within 3 days of receiving them. Just make sure they're in their original condition and packaging. We'll check them before processing the return. If your order qualifies, we'll arrange a free pickup from your address. To raise a return request please email us at masuliving@gmail.com with your order number and details with reason for return. Our team will review it and get back to you in 48 hours. Acceptance of return request is subject to approval.
Please note, we only accept returns for damaged or wrongly described products, not for minor differences from website images. Our products are handcrafted, so slight variations are normal.
Refunds are given as Store Credit only.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item due to size or design issues, please follow these steps:
- Raise an exchange request within 3 days of delivery. To raise an exchange request please email us at masuliving@gmail.com with your order number and details with reason for exchange. Our team will review it and get back to you in 48 hours.
- Keep the item packed with the original bill and tags.
- Exchanges will be processed after we receive the returned item and inspect it for damages.
- Please note that the entire process may take up to 10-12 days.
- Reverse pick-up attempts will be made twice. If unsuccessful, you'll need to send the item back at your own cost.
Refunds:
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
- For raising any return or exchange request please email us at masuliving@gmail.com with your order number and details with reason for return or exchange. Our team will review it and get back to you in 48 hours.
- Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds are given as Store Credit only.
- Damaged items returned to us will not be eligible for a refund.
- If the product is returned due to an incorrect address, a fee of Rs 150 will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds on International Orders: For International Orders, in case of any cancellations or refunds it will take 5-7 working days to process the the refund and credit the amount to the customer's bank account.
COD Undelivered Returns: COD orders not accepted upon delivery may lead to the cancellation of further COD orders. Prepaid orders are always welcome.
Damaged Goods: If you receive damaged goods, please email us with pictures of the damaged product and the courier package, and we will assist you promptly.
