Fabric: Natural, breathable fabric (Cotton Poplin or your preferred material)

Care: Hand wash using mild detergent. Dry in shade to maintain softness and color.

Dry Clean the first time. Gentle machine wash subsequently. Wash coloured clothes separately.

Exchange Policy: 

We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each MASU piece. As a company policy we do not provide refunds on any product sold. Once the MASU pieces are sold, they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can write to us at support@masuliving.com within 7 days of receiving your order and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the MASU pieces. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please assist them.

Exchange Disclaimer: 

1. If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
2. All products bought on sale are not acceptable for exchange. 
3. For international exchanges the rules are different. For all international exchanges the cost of shipping and customs clearance for you to send back your order and the cost to receive your exchange order will have to be borne by you. If there is a damaged product, then we take care of the shipping costs only once we have confirmed such a situation in an email to you.

These are not flaws but unique characteristics that celebrate the artisanal process and craftsmanship behind each piece. Every item is one of a kind, and these small differences add to its charm and authenticity.

 

This product will be shipped out within in 1-2 business days from Lucknow, India. We deliver via Shiprocket and the delivery timelines would tentatively be as below:

• Delivery to all metro cities will take 2-3 working days.
• For non-metro cities, delivery will take 3-5 working days.
• We offer Express delivery also which takes 1-3 working days to be delivered anywhere in India with an extra charge.
• International orders must be prepaid only and will be delivered in 7-10 working days depending on location.
